I recently had a great experience staying at a hotel in Phuket for my family trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and various attractions. Additionally, the breakfast provided had a good variety, although it would have been nicer to have more Thai options.

Everything was fine and there was no major issue.

The staff at the front desk were helpful with making reservations for various tours and transportation options. The hotel facilities were super tidy, and the rooms were decorated in a traditional Thai style which was comfortable and cozy. This hotel has a great location in this city, being just a short walk away from both Jungceylon mall and the beach. We were also actually surprised to find a 24-hour family mart located right next door, very convenient for us.

The location is another plus, as it is very close to the prime attractions, including the beach and the port where guests gather for island transfers. this hotel is a good bargain for an affordable and comfortable stay.

Great location, close to key tourist spots and attractions. the room was clean and had decent amenities. the best aspect was the friendly staff and excellent customer service. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and the restaurant had a great variety of food options.

The noise level at night was unbearable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Construction work started early in the morning, and noise from outside made it hard to relax.
